Looks like the park spent money for flood lighting and covered queues for shockwave, hopefully Green Lantern will get the same. Also Shockwave is a better name than Green Lantern.

^^ It was an INTAMIN coaster that was designed by the founders of B&M when they were still with the company.

It did have alot of B&M features except for being smooth. When I rode Shockwave at SFAW it was pretty rough.

Similarities

- Both came from Other Six Flags Properties

- Both are Names that are/have been used on other Six Flags Coasters

- B&M Had Involvement in Both Projects

- Both Replacing Previous GAdv Attractions

- Both are being Repainted for SFGAdv (I'm Guessing for Green Lantern)

- Both have Box Track

Another difference:

- I regretfully did not ride Shockwave

- I will definitely ride Green Lantern

Great comparison... I have always been a little fascinated with Shockwave since I foolishly decided to pass on it back in the day. It's pretty neat seeing them side by side like that. Smaller or not though, part of me still wants to give Shockwave a whirl! I'm still hoping to make it up to La Ronde to ride Cobra, the closest thing left to Shockwave.

another comparison, both are in the same section of the park (boardwalk) and there stations are probably not even a mile apart and a park the coaster was at closed due to issues with the neighbors (the Houston Astros and Kentucky State fair board/Ed Hart) somewhere down the line [one before at GA, the other after and is stuck at Darien Lake]
