Great Adventures In The Kitchen - it's a cookbook

I was surprised to discover this souvenir. Apparently in 1979 a group of Six Flags Great Adventure workers got together and wrote a cookbook.

 

 

Here are some scans of select pages from the book. Notice the last photo which includes a price tag with G.A. stamp proving that it was available for purchase within the park.
