Yoshi 278
It seems strange that they only mentioned the admission price for Great Adventure and that there was a price increase and no mention for that same $66.99 someone can get a Summer Thrill Pass. Goliath looks like it is an awesome coaster. Edited July 28, 2014 by Yoshi
29yrswithaGApass 1,562
Not to start the whole wood versus steel versus hybrid thing but I still have an issue with Goliath being considered a wooden coaster.
DANofNJ 24
The link to the topper track RMC used on Goliath. The track, like all wood coasters, still has wood. I consider it a wood coaster. http://rockymtnconstruction.com/topper-track.php
fetish911 37
Goliath looks so bad a$$ . Whatever you wanna call it (I too say wood coaster) it looks like a fun ride!
RC98 33
I also agree with it being a wood coaster. It has the same rail structure as a wood coaster- stacks of wood with a steel layer on top. Just in this case, the steel layer is thicker. Goliath just looks insane on so many levels, something like this needs to be built around here so I can ride it! Edited July 31, 2014 by RC98
DANofNJ 24
the only complaint I have heard with Goliath is the length of the ride, many say its a very short ride.
