ANSWER: The Lethal Weapon movie series' Leo Getz interrupted Great Adventure Park President Vince Lupinacci at the opening of Skull Mountain in 1995 and officially opened the ride. The character was part of the park's Lethal Weapon Stunt Spectacular that summer.

That would be like if Baymax from Big Hero 6 showed up to the opening of Star Wars Land.

QUESTION #447: Which attraction when added was originally going to include a new sit-down table service restaurant?

How about the Giant Wheel with the sit down table service restaurant being Gingerbread Fancy

OR the Great Lake Grandstand featuring a sit down seafood restaurant?

ANSWER: Originally, the Right Stuff Mach 1 Adventure was going to feature an adjacent sit-down table service eatery called the Flight Deck Restaurant.

QUESTION #448: When Batman The Ride opened in 1993, a concrete marker and plaque was positioned inside the front "park" portion of the queue as a memorial tribute. Whose name was on the memorial? (It was not anyone associated with any prior incidents at the park.)

ANSWER: A memorial to Steven J. Ross was placed in the Batman The Ride queue near the fountain area. Ross was the CEO of Time Warner and he died in December 1992 just prior the ride opening the following spring.
