Is Supergirl is going to be RMC Raptor for Great Adventure?

Also Great Adventure is getting new coaster in 2020 that's means RMC Raptor is going to be themed to Supergirl?

And also is the rumor "Tallest, Fast, Steel" would be RMC Raptor which would be customized version for next year which the park president talk about during Riding In The Bull event at Great Adventure last year?

Current 2020 addition ideas:

Six Flags Magic Mountain = water park or flat (perhaps Kryptonite Collider from SFNE)
Six Flags Great America = Total Mayhem (Zamperla DiskO)
Six Flags Great Adventure = Swashbuckler relocated to Plaza Del Carnival as Huracán, Aqua Twist added to Lakefront, general improvements/prep for 2021 coaster
Six Flags Mexico = Dark Knight rethemed into a Haunted Mine shaft, 100ft Super Loop
Six Flags Fiesta Texas = Scarecrow's Barnstormer (Zamperla Air Race)
Six Flags Over Texas = Wonder Woman (RMC Raptor) or Water Park
Six Flags Over Georgia = Two-Face: the Flip Side (S&S 4D), prep for 2021 water park expansion
Six Flags Discovery Kingdom = DC Super Friends (most likely a re-do of a pre-existing kids area)
Six Flags New England = Supergirl (Endeavor), Mat Racer, Superman gets new trains
Six Flags America = Batwing Removed at end of season, DC Super Friends (replaces Whistlestop Park; however they would move rides between their kids areas with maybe only one or 2 new ones added)
Six Flags St Louis = Wonder Woman (RMC Raptor)
Six Flags Darien Lake = Batman: the Ride (S&S 4D), Ride of Steel returns to former name, Scrambler becomes Harley Quinn Spinsanity, Lasso becomes Wonder Women: Lasso of Truth or Gothem City Crimewave, Boomarang becomes Two-Face: the Flip Side
La Ronde = Total Mayhem (S&S 4D)
Frontier City = Skyscreamer
Great Escape = Blue Hawk (Zamperla Air Race)

Also read this info:

Ride along the tallest, fastest, and longest single rail in the world at Six Flags Great Adventure! Taking you up at dizzying heights, breathtaking drops, and adrenaline pumping speeds in 2020! * This is just a concept of what I hope Six Flags Great Adventure would get in 2020! RMC Has been teased at ACE Events and “Tall, Fast, and Steel” has been teased by the park themselves. I am overall Excited for the parks future, and seeing what they have up their sleeves! *

Most likely Great Adventure WILL get a new coaster in next year, likely in 2021 will be kiddie area revamp.

We can wait another year

Tough luck, pal. The park already has plans for new coaster in next year. So you can have to wait until 2021 for kiddie area revamp aka Bugs Bunny Boomtown and DC Super Friends.

I predict Six Flags is going to buy Super Aqua Club near Montreal.  The owner is going to prison and said in court that he is about to sell the water park.  La Ronde is currently the only Six Flags property without a nearby water park.

Looks like it has a lot of room to grow from Google Maps, they can moving parking to the other side of the street for a new gate area with a mat racer and then a smaller slide complex on the far side of the lake (by their bowl slide). I don't think the Beachclub restaurant and campground are in the deal. The park needs a season for the little things so focusing on this water park for 2020, add the flats in storage for 2021,  RMC Monstre/rebranded Six Flags Montreal and Hurricane Harbor Montreal for 2022-Vampire to Batman, Titan to Harleyquinn Spinsanity, Disco Ronde to Catwomen's Whip (a similar ride was added to SFNO's DC Area with that name), Orbite to Superman: Tour du Force (Tower of Power), Vul Ultima to Supergirl, Vertigo to Two-Face, Le Monstre becomes Loup-garou (Warewolf). I can see a Free Spin either behind Vampire, replace Super Magene/Splash, or replace the monorail/log flume/gate area food court.

I don't think La Ronde is actually able to use the DC/Warner Bros properties. There's a reason they don't have a single ride themed to a DC character. I could be wrong, I believe both Goliath and Vampire were intended to be themed to Superman and Batman respectively, but both fell through. Vampire is a Batman clone that shares many small theming details (such as the entrance portal) with that of the Batman clones.

I thought it was more about Canadian’s wanting to not feel like they are US based but I could totally be wrong. Can’t remember where I read that thought pattern but remember it.

Allegedly, if Wikipedia is to be believed, because La Ronde, Frontier City and Great Escape are not officially SF branded parks, the Warner IP agreement doesn't cover them.  That could be fact or that could be lore, but without actually seeing the agreement or at least a form-of it's impossible to tell.  That's also not to say I disagree with you.  Quebecois are completely like that, so I can see it being true.

I don't think SFNE will get a Skyrocket II because Lake Compounce got one in 2018. SFNE and Lake Compoune are too close to each other to get the same ride 2 years apart from each other.

The axis is still a prototype, I doubt will see one go anywhere in 2021, I feel SFNE will get a small water park expansion and expanded Holiday in the park offering with Gauntlet and Supergirl, with Cyborg open on high capacity or very cold days in 2020 (or trading off with another ride like how Alton Towers switches between [Jingle Duel] and Hex for their event) since that is an indoor ride.

I feel Roar maybe another year or 2 because they just did the Apocalypse/Firebird conversion, but I could see a raptor or free spin go where there splash boats ride is (the Freespin could be called Revolution and the Raptor Swashbuckler to fit the 18th century maritime aesthetic).

I disagree.  S&S said they have been working on Axis for 3 years.  I think they pitched the idea behind the scenes at IAAPA 2018 and showed off the concept publicly this year.  I wouldn't be shocked if the first one shows up at SFGAm, SFFT, or SFOG.

Rumor has it that Six Flags New England will not continue with Holiday in the Park.

Josh heard it from a few people at the park (but not naming names).

I wouldn't be surprised if this were true. I'm not sure how the crowds were, but it seems like they didn't do too well with weather. And their operating hours were very brief to begin with from what I saw people complain about.

I wonder where all their decorations will go and if GA will get some of them.

I think the decorations, lights, and heaters would end up at either Great Adventure or Darien Lake.  Six Flags started looking at adding Holiday in the Park to Darien Lake as soon as they picked up the operating lease.
