29yrswithaGApass 1,559
This is probably the most extreme makeover of a building the park has ever done.
GAcoaster 368
PGAV Destinations, the company who did the theming work for Golden Kingdom is really good at it. They do a lot of work for the SeaWorld parks as well, quite often doing the same kind of re-use of buildings. https://pgavdestinations.com/our-work/themed-entertainment/
lynn41103 18
Wow, I don't know how I missed it, but I totally overlooked how that building used to be the Fun Factory. Excellent makeover!
Yoshi 278
I don't have any specific memories of getting to play in this attraction but I'm guessing I did because when I was a kid I always liked ball pits, nets and slides and I know I visited Great Adventure a few times when I would have been the right age (or I guess height) for this. I also didn't realize that the building is still there in the Golden Kingdom.
29yrswithaGApass 1,559
This was added after I was in the age/height range to enjoy it. However, I was often sent as an employee to Looney Tunes Land in the mid-80's when the Parachute ride I worked was closed due to high winds. I was assigned to every attraction in that land except the Gymnasium (or as they called it as workers "the composite") because I was too tall. I didn't regret their decision!
