International Food Fair Spotlight

I can remember going to the International Food Fair in 1983 shortly after it opened. The spaghetti bar was unique for its time at least as far as theme parks were concerned.  I remember you could choose from spaghetti, linguine, angel hair, or penne and then choose your sauce which was marinara, Alfredo, white clam sauce, or meat sauce.   I selected the white clam with linguine and recall it had a lot of garlic which I liked.
