Two more postcards added to the Postcards Gallery.  These two were on opposite sides of one of those little triangular paper tents found on restaurant tables.  Check out the layout HERE.

I discovered another variation of the early-80's postcard foldouts.  The postcards are a little taller than the foldouts that followed it and a few images are also different.  Click the image below to view the postcards:

Here is a used Great Adventure postcard mailed in 1976.  It is interesting to note the comment about the size of the park!

Anyone remembering writing post cards?  It was always better to send them instead of someone receiving them!

Here are some great "used" postcards with comments about guests' visits to Great Adventure in years past!

This one mentions all the lights and flowers and compares it to Tivoli.  Also notes that a lot of the rides were closed.

This one mentions long lines.

This one says that they stayed 12 hours and didn't see everything.

This family loved the shows.

Me too! I like the used ones better than the new ones! Each tells a story!

Interesting to see Jackson listed as a (201) area code, and seeing the lake side Sky Ride prior to the extra 7th pier support installation over the Runaway Train.
