Those pathways look like they would have provided some good opportunities to get close to the coaster for pictures or just to watch the coaster.

True Henry, but that would been very expensive to remove when they added Batman. Guess its better they didn't do it.

The model still exists, although without its base plate, and is in as safe a place as any at the park!

In the lower right of the model base, there appears to be some kind of power pack with a plug in.  Could this have been to power some type of lights on the model?
