About Me

Hey guys

My name is Dainan Rafferty. I'm 21 years old and live in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. I'm a cast member at Walt Disney World as an Operations Trainer and Coordinator. I've lived in Florida since August 2009. Prior to Florida, I lived in New York City. I was born and raised there. I grew up going to Great Adventure and worked there. I'm kind of a complex person, but that's part of my charm. I am a roller coaster enthusiast and as of January 2012 I've been on 255 different coasters around the world. I've been on GreatAdventureHistory.com since the beginning. I love being a part of this site, and feel fortunate enough to actually be able to contribute. Honestly they both have their pluses and minuses. I've been on both MANY times and I like Ka better for the speed hill but Dragster better for the restraints.

. It would be pretty awesome if this is true. As much as I love the nostalgia of the skid brakes, the buzz bars, and the manual operation of the ride. It desperately needs an update. Not to mention that a new braking system and trains would help with the ride's efficiency :banana2:
